Aiching Liu

Aiching Liu is a licensed Psychological Consultant and Senior Professional in Human Resources currently providing counseling services at Community Center Shanghai.  She is also the chief education officer at Light & Salt Education and Information Consulting Company Shanghai.  She holds a Master's degree in Marriage Family and Children Counseling from Western Seminary, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Arizona, and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Kansas.  Aiching achieved her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the National Taiwan University.  Growing up in Taiwan, Aiching later lived in the U.S. for almost 30 years.  For the past 10 years, she has been giving seminars and counseling in the U.S., China and Taiwan to companies, schools, and community groups.  Aiching employs a highly interactive teaching method, where activities and discussions are always the most popular sections.  She is specialized in addressing cross cultural issues and facilitating intercultural adaptation processes.  She has authored a book entitled: Walk with Happiness (in Chinese), and another book on parenting is coming out shortly.  Aiching is a sincere and dedicated instructor who is guided by her compassion and desire to help others.
