Erika Himer
Project Management
During the last 13 years, Erika Himer
has held various management positions at international companies in
Europe and the U.S., including serving on the Board of Directors in the
USD 100 Million fresh dairy division of Danone. This and other
high-level management positions in Europe and the U.S. have given Erika
the opportunity to manage projects of enormous scale and scope,
particularly within her specialty of Supply Chain Management.
Erika holds an advanced degree in economics and foreign trade, and has a
broad variety of leadership experience in the areas of project
management, systems processes, human resources strategy, and
professional training.
Erika's most recent positions include
Supply Chain Project Director at Stonyfield Farm USA, the world leader
of fresh organic products, as well as project leader for sales,
promotions, and new product launches for Procter & Gamble Central
Europe. Erika's specialties include strategy, operations,
cross-functional collaboration, costing, productivity, customer
satisfaction, and a broad range of organizational capabilities.
Erika has been the recipient of numerous honors and awards, and has
lectured at the University of Economics in Budapest, Hungary as well as
conducting numerous corporate seminars.
Erika is considered to be
a leading project management professional in Shanghai, with executive
leadership experience in the areas of process and system improvement,
organizational development, SAP, and integrated management system
implementation. She has also provided Supply Chain leadership in
Sales and Logistics for large-scale projects involving cross-functional
implementation of pre-selling systems. Her duties included
route-to-market distribution in traditional trade channels, including
vendor selection and negotiation of contractual terms and services.
She has been a speaker at international conferences in Europe for such
organizations as Marcus Evans and Eurolog.
Erika is is a strong
proponent of highly effective change management and adapts quickly to
new challenges. She very-much enjoys working with people in a
multicultural environment.
