Eva holds a master’s degree
in Modern Languages and Educational Science from the University of
Heidelberg, Germany, and has studied and taught extensively in the UK
and China. Having taught German as a foreign language for the past five
years in a variety of learning environments spanning several nations,
Eva is uniquely qualified to understand the challenges faced by
non-native German learners as they strive to master the language. In
addition to teaching, Eva has managed a popular language school in
Germany, where her duties included curriculum design and development,
the creation of course content and multimedia learning materials, as
well as the hiring, training, and supervision of teachers. Eva’s
specialty is the creation and implementation of advanced interactive
teaching methods which accommodate individual learners. She has authored
and/or edited numerous textbooks, dictionaries, audio tapes, and online
content, including training materials for Ernst Klett Verlag textbook
publisher in Germany and Englishtown in Shanghai. Her authoring and
editing experience, combined with her teaching experience ensure that
her lessons are clear, well structured and student-oriented. Eva’s
passion for languages comes across in every aspect of her lessons, which
are fun, interactive, and highly effective.
