Reecha brings with her almost a decade of rich and diverse experience in banking, consulting, and training services at major banks and multinational companies, including positions as bank branch head, operations manager, ISO trainer, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and internal auditor.  As branch head at ICICI, she led her branch in achieving higher profitability through her extensive knowledge of the finance market and business operations (budgeting, auditing, strategy planning, corporate governance, and CRM), as well as achieving or exceeding branch goals for mutual funds, life insurance, General insurance, Fixed deposits, etc..  Reecha holds an MBA degree in finance from Rai University (India) and an honors bachelor's degree of commerce from Punjab University (India), as well as the NSE's Certification in Financial Markets (NCFM) and JAIIB certification (Indian Institute of Banking & Finance).  In addition to working as a bank branch head and a consultant on ISO Certification, SCM, SOP, Budgeting & MIS for companies like Modi Xerox, Arcus, and Spectranet, Reecha has broad teaching and training experience as an ISO trainer for multinational companies, a lecturer for postgraduate students in finance, banking, and business, as well as a trainer in various fields such as retail banking, customer service, negotiation skills, business management, and product training.  Reecha is a natural leader in her career and an effective teacher and trainer with a genuine passion for sharing her knowledge and experience with others.  From a basic mathematical question to a complete portfolio of financial market strategies, Reecha has the ability to explain things in terms that are easy to understand.
