Reecha brings with her almost a decade of rich and diverse experience in
banking, consulting, and training services at major banks and multinational
companies, including positions as bank branch head, operations manager, ISO
trainer, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and internal auditor. As branch head at
ICICI, she led her branch in achieving higher profitability through her
extensive knowledge of the finance market and business operations (budgeting,
auditing, strategy planning, corporate governance, and CRM), as well as
achieving or exceeding branch goals for mutual funds, life insurance, General
insurance, Fixed deposits, etc.. Reecha holds an MBA degree in finance
from Rai University (India) and an honors bachelor's degree of commerce from
Punjab University (India), as well as the NSE's Certification in Financial
Markets (NCFM) and JAIIB certification (Indian Institute of Banking & Finance).
In addition to working as a bank branch head and a consultant on ISO
Certification, SCM, SOP, Budgeting & MIS for companies like Modi Xerox, Arcus,
and Spectranet, Reecha has broad teaching and training experience as an ISO
trainer for multinational companies, a lecturer for postgraduate students in
finance, banking, and business, as well as a trainer in various fields such as
retail banking, customer service, negotiation skills, business management, and
product training. Reecha is a natural leader in her career and an
effective teacher and trainer with a genuine passion for sharing her knowledge
and experience with others. From a basic mathematical question to a
complete portfolio of financial market strategies, Reecha has the ability to
explain things in terms that are easy to understand.
Steve brings with him 25 years of finance and investment experience
spanning four continents and a broad range of positions in the UK, France,
Taiwan, New Zealand, and Australia, including positions as head of research,
stockbroker, fund manager, and financial adviser. Steve has led finance
departments in some of the largest investment companies in Asia and Europe,
including Schroders, Norwich Union Asset Management, and CLSA. He
currently manages portfolios in stocks, bonds, funds, real estate, liquid and
asset management, and estate planning, with a special focus on offshore company
formation, banking, and international accounting. He holds a master's
degree in applied finance and investment, a joint honors bachelor's degree in
maths and economics, and a diploma in financial services from the prestigious
Plan Australia. Steve also holds numerous accreditations and certificates
in financial analysis and property/capital management, as well as financial
modeling and equity analysis, and is currently an examiner for Kaplan
professional masters and postgraduate diploma investment courses. In
addition to working as a full-time financial consultant and stockbroker for
Patersons Securities, Steve operates his own financial consultancy, specializing
in practical solutions for multinational corporate finance as well as expatriate
personal finance. Steve also has years of experience as a finance and
insurance analyst, designing and brokering mortgages and business loans, as well
as managing corporate and institutional investments. Formally head analyst
for Taiwan Equities/Asia Securities Group, Schroder Securities, and Credit
Lyonnais Securities Asia, Steve also worked as an economist, equities analyst,
and European fund manager for Aviva's Investment Management Department.
Steve delivers a variety of cutting edge global financial management seminars
both on site here at ELC and also as part of ELC's extension programs,
specializing in full-service investment and brokering, financial analysis,
research, and training. Steve's approach to finances is extremely
practical and down-to-earth, always accessible and willing to explain things in
terms that everyone can understand.
