Good Health Without Medicines

Vijay K. Bansal is a strong proponent of healthy practices for "Good Health Without Medicines". Having suffered seriously from ill-health and the effects of excessive medication, he gave up all medicines in 1984 and recovered by means of therapies propagated by the ancient texts. Since then he has been on a crusade to help humanity to stay away from medicines as far as possible and to "Give the body a chance to heal itself without giving it crutches for the smallest and the most trivial reasons". He has also promised to himself to do this in all humility as a social service without seeking any monetary gains. One-on-one consultations are offered free of charge. However, any contributions given are gratefully accepted to help the needy. Through interactive talks, seminars and workshops, he has been spreading this message in India and abroad. An indicative list of groups, associations, organizations where such talks and workshops have been held is copied below. He has been honored by being invited to address the UN Women's Guild, Geneva, Rotary Clubs around the world, The Indian Association Geneva and Lausanne, World Radio, Geneva, Adelphia TV USA and to conduct workshops at the VYASA - L.A., USA, among others.
