Zofie Feytons
The Art of Video-Movie Making

Zofie comes to us with an amazing wealth of experience in the film industry, having directed three hit reality TV shows, including Baby Boom, VIP, and Super Nanny for Belgium's leading television station, VTM.  She has also worked on assignment for one of Belgium's largest charity organizations, producing and directing the documentary, Bernadine, which is shown in most primary schools in Belgium.  Zofie has always loved film.  She acquired a bachelor's degree in Art and Film, and then a Master's degree in Audiovisual Arts/Film Directing from the prestigious Erasmus University in Brussels, before going on to work professionally in virtually every aspect of filmmaking, from concept to postproduction, and including budgeting, scripting, casting, shooting and directing, as well as sound, lighting, editing, and other technical aspects.  As a freelancer contracted with Eyeworks and other major Belgian studios, Zofie worked as camerawoman on a broad range of productions – but she is also no stranger to the other side of the camera, having acted and performed in the leading roles of well-known plays, musicals, and dramas.  One look at some of Zofie's film and video footage is sure to win the heart of even the most-discerning film lover.  Over the course of the last decade, Zofie has also found time to teach a variety of film workshops and loves sharing her knowledge and expertise with others.  Zofie is a down-to-earth, can-do teacher with a vivacious manner and a genuine passion for people and film.
