Taught by Brad Westphal and Sharron Lovell.

Sharron's profiles and examples of their work.
RAW format used to be limited to high-end digital SLR cameras. Today RAW
is included on even the simplest point-and-shoot cameras and photographers of
all levels can take advantage of its greater editing flexibility. Our
camera RAW one-day workshop is the place to start. Instructors Sharron and
Brad start at the beginning, explaining exactly what RAW is and how
photographers can make use of it. Our RAW workshop is aimed to help you to
develop a basic RAW workflow that will help you achieve optimum image quality
from your digital camera. We will be describing the pros and cons of JPEG
+ RAW capture and when you might want to work in them. It is not a highly
technical workshop and aims to give you the practical rather than theoretical
knowledge and application of camera RAW capture and editing.
-
Learn some of the benefits of using
Camera RAW over JPEG format.
